MILEDEVSThis policy covers the “Free CRO & UX audit for your Shopify store” page at miledevs-audit.pages.dev/en/ (the “page”) and its request form. The page is run by MILEDEVS, a team that builds and optimizes Shopify stores (miledevs.com).
1. What we collect
Only what you type into the request form:
- your name;
- your phone number and/or your Telegram or WhatsApp handle;
- your store’s URL;
- the budget range you pick from the list.
Each request also includes the address of the page it was sent from, any campaign tags in the link (utm, fbclid), and which button opened the form. That tells us where the request came from.
This page uses no cookies, no analytics and no ad pixels.
2. Why we collect it
- to get back to you about your free audit, using the contact method you gave us;
- to run the audit: we only look at the public pages of your store, the way a shopper would. We never need access to your Shopify admin;
- to send you the report and, if you want, talk through implementation.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to any mailing list without your consent.
3. Where your data goes
- The form. Requests are sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards them by email to the MILEDEVS team inbox. That’s where they are stored. In parallel, a Google Apps Script forwards each request to the team’s private Telegram work chat, where it is also stored.
- WhatsApp. If you tap “Message us on WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp and WhatsApp’s terms apply.
- Hosting and fonts. The page is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website, these services receive your device’s IP address in order to serve the page.
4. How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete them.
5. Your rights
At any time, you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you, withdrawing your consent.
Just write to us using the details below. We’ll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
6. Children
This page is meant for store owners and their teams. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
If we change what we collect (for example, by adding analytics), we’ll update this policy and the date at the top.
